*You may only return standard design models of our products. This only includes all products mentioned on our “Design” page. Any products with customized text can not be returned. This is because customized texts are handcrafted to your requirements, i.e. the materials of the customized texts are cut to shape and are therefore too specific to function beyound your application. We advise you to take this into account before placing your order!
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return certain products to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at Contact to obtain a return shipping label. After receiving the shipping label, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Print and place the shipping label on the exterior of the package and deliver the package to one of the DHLParcel ServicePoints. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
